LuxeDecor is an online showroom specializing in the sale of high-quality decor and furniture products in the US market. The catalog features a curated collection of luxurious items from over 300 brands. Customers can choose from sets or individual products for their homes, outdoor spaces, and offices. The products on the LuxeDecor platform are conveniently divided into separate collections based on different styles, including ethnic, neoclassical, Scandinavian, eco-style, and loft. For ease of browsing, the collections are further categorized. LuxeDecor also provides technical support to assist customers at every stage of their selection and purchase process. The company consistently ranks highly on the Shopped Approved rating and receives positive reviews from customers.

Our strategy

The first step we took was to analyze the advertising account. It turned out that there had been previous campaigns running on this website, but they didn’t yield the desired results. Various promotion methods had been used for LuxeDecor, but there was a lack of consistency in these efforts. We decided to address this issue. Therefore, among our top priorities, we outlined systematic actions in the following areas:

While working on the LuxeDecor project, we decided to start with a thorough analysis of campaigns for each category on the portal. This helped us obtain detailed statistics and assess their effectiveness. Our main objective was to improve the profitability of advertising tools. Additionally, our team analyzed the products and identified several separate campaigns for products with the highest margin, clearance sales, and low priority. As a result, we were able to increase the advertising revenue by almost 2 times.

Setting up keyword-based search campaigns

In the initial stage, our specialists developed a comprehensive SEM strategy for each brand whose products are featured on the LuxeDecor portal. We worked on various collections and categories available on the website. This measure helped increase the reach of our campaigns and win more ad auctions. Additionally, we updated the list of negative keywords that were not yielding results. We tracked the strategy’s performance using Google Analytics services.

Launching dynamic search campaigns using feeds

This advertising tool allowed us to target low-frequency queries in our campaigns. We utilized data feeds to direct potential customers straight to the product cards, taking their queries into account. Based on statistical data, we adjusted the settings and expanded the number of landing pages for user engagement.

Setting up Google Shopping

Working in this direction was crucial for attracting the target audience to the LuxeDecor portal. To ensure that our shopping campaigns reached a wide audience, our specialists optimized the advertising account. We completely revamped our approach to Google Shopping, including changing the campaign attribution model, enabling the evaluation of associated conversions.

Results

During our work on the LuxeDecor project, our team was able to achieve all the goals set by the client. Over the course of 4 months of collaboration, we successfully increased the conversion rate and the number of transactions.

One of the client’s primary goals was to increase the platform’s revenue by attracting more customers to the website. We successfully achieved this objective. Over the course of a year, revenue grew by 40.3%, surpassing the initial figures by nearly 2 times.
